I was very pleased with the communication during the process, the on time delivery and the quality of the work. I will definitely be a returning customer. I highly recommend this company.

Pine Packaging, and especially Anni, reached out to me at exactly the right time. My business is three years old, growing quickly, and I urgently needed a packaging solution that matched the quality of the products I had worked so hard to build. Before connecting with Pine Packaging, I had tried every option imaginable: DIY solutions, Amazon finds, and plain wholesale boxes. While they worked, none of them truly reflected the brand I had built or the community of more than 50,000 supporters who believe in what I do. From the start, Pine Packaging took the time to understand my business and vision. Together, we created custom packaging that not only showcases my products beautifully but also uses every inch of space to communicate what's inside each kit. I worked directly with their designers and team throughout the process, and they were receptive to every adjustment and idea along the way. Trust me, I had a lot lol! When we encountered a small hiccup during production, the team worked collaboratively with me to find a solution. Ironically, that challenge resulted in an even better final product than I had originally envisioned. What felt like a setback at the time ultimately improved the design and functionality of my packaging. The boxes themselves are absolutely beautiful. The print quality is sharp, the finish is gorgeous, and they instantly made my products feel like they belonged on a retail shelf. Initially, I planned to order just 50 boxes. By the end of the design process, I felt confident enough to invest in 250. As a small business owner, I expected it would take quite some time to sell through that inventory. Instead, the response has been incredible, and I'm already looking at reordering much sooner than anticipated. The impact has gone beyond packaging alone. Pine Packaging helped elevate my products from handmade DIY kits to professionally packaged retail-ready products. Their work has given local retailers further confidence in my brand and helped position my business for continued growth. Thanks to Pine Packaging, I'm fully retail-ready, and I'm excited to see what's next!
